Back in 2017, New York City was my home. When friends called about moving day, I just showed up - loaded the truck, unloaded some smiles, and made it happen.
It grew on me. Not just the heavy lifting, but seeing the relief on my friend's face once everything was finally over.
Then in 2019, my health took a hit. Those twelve-hour desk days had wrecked me. The doctor's orders were straightforward: get outside, move your body, breathe fresh air. So I started taking on moving gigs as a hobby - quiet therapy, really. Clients had no idea, but every lift and every mile was rebuilding my own strength too.
What started as favors turned into real purpose. Now at Compra Moves, every job is my way of saying thanks to you.
